This recipe is absolutely one of my favorites! I make a batch every week and it is one of the most versatile foods. I like to eat mine with sunflower-seed butter or homemade vegan spinach dip. It goes well with meat and cheese, or avocado with salt and pepper! Breakfast, lunch, or snack - If you are craving something crunchy, salty, and filling - this is it!

The original recipe from www.dietdoctor.com calls for almond flour only. If you have nut allergies or want to limit your nut consumption like me, coconut flour works well as a substitute. One thing to note, however, is that since coconut flour absorbs a lot of water, you need to use far less of it in a recipe. Also, if you find the seed mixture too thick with the coconut flour, you can always add a bit more water to get it just right!

Have fun trying different flavor combinations - I’d love to hear which ones are your favorite!

Enjoy!
